Studio Guerrilla is primarily a digital creative-services business. Our work is generally delivered as services, files, links, content, designs or production outputs rather than physical goods.

1. Digital services and deliverables
Creative services and digital deliverables are not physical goods. Standard shipping, return and exchange provisions usually do not apply to commissioned creative work, project files, video, animation, design, post-production or digital content.
2. Delivery
Delivery methods, formats, transfer links and acceptance processes are agreed for each engagement. Delivery dates depend on the approved scope, client feedback, approvals and production conditions.
3. Physical products and merchandise
If Studio Guerrilla sells or ships physical products in the future, the applicable shipping, exchange, return, delivery and damage terms will be communicated separately at or before purchase. Any physical merchandise or product order will be governed by the specific terms provided with that order.
