Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Studio Guerrilla’s creative and production services. Engagement-specific terms in an approved proposal or agreement will take precedence where they differ.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. Project cancellations
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the POC of the project. We will confirm receipt and assess work completed, commitments made and applicable charges.
2. Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before work begins and before material commitments are made, Studio Guerrilla may refund eligible advance amounts after deducting reasonable administrative, planning or reservation costs.
3. After work has started
Once work has begun, fees for time, services and production activity already completed are non-refundable. The client is responsible for the value of completed work up to the cancellation date.
4. Advance payments and approved work
Advances reserve capacity and support early-stage planning; they may be non-refundable where stated in the proposal. Client-approved work, milestones and delivered materials are payable in full.
5. Third-party expenses
Non-cancellable third-party costs, including talent, location, equipment, travel, music, stock, studio or platform expenses, remain payable by the client when committed or incurred.
6. Refund processing and exceptional circumstances
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking timelines. We may consider exceptional circumstances in good faith, but this does not create an obligation to refund completed or committed work.
